How to Access our Site (s)
When you initially sign up for our site we require you to provide all of your Car Registration Plates for any of your vehicles and also provide email addresses for all users (additional can be added at a later date, just let us know).
With your vehicle registration(s) we then enter these onto our system so you can access through the first gate with our ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system. This enables authorised users to drive up and pass through the industrial estate entry gate.
For the second gate (to access the self storage facility itself) we operate a 'No Key' system that will require the email addresses of all site users so we can input these onto our Paxton system. The user(s) will then be required to download the Paxton Key App onto their smart phone. In the interim Your Storage Hub will issue you with an email with a code for Paxton, the user then has to simply copy the code from the email onto the Paxton Key App and you will be registered.
For the second gate (to access the Caravan, Motorhome and Vehicle Storage Facility) customers are issued an individual fob. This activates access and egress through our ‘air lock’ gate system and also the dusk til dawn lighting.
